Haven't been able to download for the past two days. Just keeps saying preview nog available. However monthly subs were taken yesterday. Now 2022 and have not been able to do a copy for 8 days
Why can't you get the puzzles working all the time it's not if I don't pay enough for the paper and why doesn't all the puzzles work . The free version of the sun has way more working puzzles for nowt maybe I need to change paper .
They make it really hard to cancel

subscribed but keeps telling me I have not and will not download newspaper editions. What a load of rubbish. Will support team please fix the issue or are they there just to collect our money.
